participated in 6 parades in 2 weeks. |

After garnering
the grand prize in Rome, Adairsville and Chickamauga, the Camp 469 float
was hastily entered in parades in Cedartown, Calhoun and Cave Spring. |
| While it was entered too late to
qualify for trophies in the last 3 cities, the float still made quite an impression ......
especially Calhoun. |

As word got out of
the impact the float was making, it was eventually Standing Room Only,
with 10 reenactors participating in the final parade ...... Cave Spring. |
| And a good time
was had by all. |
