CAMP BYLAWS CHANGES VOTE at JULY MEETING A very important vote will be taken at the July meeting as changes to the Camp 469 Bylaws will be up for approval or denial. The bylaws committee has worked hard in developing these changes and many of them will align us with the bylaws of the National SCV. Other changes are intended to make the camp and camp officers more fiscally responsible. Current camp bylaws require that camp members be notified of any pending changes 10 days prior to the actual vote. If you haven’t received your copy either by E-mail or U.S. Mail please contact Adjutant Stephens Carnes immediately. Listed below are several abbreviated examples of the changes that are pending in the camp bylaws.
Please make every effort you can to attend the July 5th meeting and vote. CAMP 469 NEWSLETTER 76 PLANTATION DRIVE ROME, GA 30165 Editor: Jim Dugger [Home] |
